Alexa is an Ancestral Energy Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Sobadora, Licensed Massage Therapist, maker, and facilitator. Her practices belong together because they have grown together.
Her relationship with Curanderismo and Sobadora traditions has developed through years of mentorship and hands-on learning with multiple Curanderas, elders, and traditional practitioners in her community. She holds these living relationships with respect, responsibility, and humility.
